Fender introduced Aztec Gold nitro lacquer in 1983. Since then Aztec Gold has been used for various guitar models such as Telecasters, Stratocasters and Jazzmasters. Like many other "Fender colors" Aztec Gold is inspired by colors used in the automotive industry in this case Aztec Gold is inspired by the legendary1972 Buick GSX.

One can contains 500ml Aztec Gold nitro lacquer. It is recommended to dilute the Aztec Gold nitro with thinner.

Please be aware that in order to finish your guitar and to protect the color we recommend spraying a topcoat of clear nitro.

Aztec Gold nitro lacquer is best kept in a place with a room temperature between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius. Keep out of direct sunlight.
