This Telecaster Control Cavity Routing Template is made from 5mm transparant acrylic allowing you to see the instrument while you work. The center lines on the routing template help correctly place the template on the guitar. Attach the template with a few pieces of double sided tape, select a template router bit and you are ready to go.

This template can be used for routing the cavity under a standard Telecaster control plate. Next to that, you can also use this template to route the cavity from the back. You can then mount the pick-up switch and pots directly to the body.
