Ordering proces

In our webshop you can easily put products in your shopping cart bij clicking the shopping cart button at the desired product.

When you shopping cart is filled to you desire, choose the desired shipping- and payment method and click "Order".

If you already heave an account on our website you can login with your username and password. All you details will then show automatically on the next page.

If you choose to order without logiing in you can now add you details manually. If needed, you can also give extra comments about your order in the 'Remaks' box

Read the general terms and conditions and click "next". You can now check your order and address details. You can also print your order on the is page using CTRL-P.

Click "Send order with payment commitment"and your order is finalised.

Directly upon finalising your order you will receive an orderconfirmation by e-mail.

Cancelling an order

During the ordering proces you have the option the cancel your order.

In case you finalised your order and still want to cancel it, just simply answer the orderconfirmation send by e-mail and tell us you want to cancel the order. If you already payed the order, let us know you bankdetails (IBAN) so we can refund you for it.

Returning goods within 14 days

At GuitarSupplies you have a period of 14 calender days, from the moment the package arrives at your door, in where you can return your order and get the payment back. In some cases you can not use this service but then that is agreed before ordering, like special or custom items.

If you would like to return the full order with cash-back, please make sure that:

 

-The undamaged and unused product(s) are send back with 14 days opun receipt and are accompanied with a filled-in return form, which can be downloaded from the bottom of this page.

-The product is packed is unwritten,unused, undamaged and in original packing.

-You've added a copy of the invoice

 

We shall refund you the amount incuding the shippingcost of the shipment from us to the customer (only if the full order is returned), within 14 days. We aim to refund you directly upon receiving the goods, all rights reserved.

 

The shipping costs and the resposability for returning the goods are for the customer. Return shippingcost within the Netherlands are normally no hight then euro 6,75. When return from other countries tarifs may vary per country

Returning goods after 14 days

Unless otherwise agreed we will not accept any returns after 14 days.

Warranty

GuitarSupplies carries a warranty period of 1 year on all products, with exception of consumer products like e.g. strings. There is also no warranty on active and passive electronic parts like e.g. capacitors or semiconductors.

Payment methodes

To serve you in the best possible way, we provide the following payment methodes:

 

iDeal

iDEAL allows consumers to make online purchases in a swift and secure way directly in the familiar online banking environment of their own bank. Check for more info on the iDeal website.

 

Creditcard through MultiSafePay

With MultiSafepay you will pay with your creditcard through a wellknow payment service provider. You will pay with your own e-mail address and password. For payments through MultiSafePay we have an upcharge of 3,2% of the total amount.

 

Prepaiment by banktransfer

You can pay by banktransfer using our IBAN nr : NL37 RABO 0130 6268 64 attn GuitarSupplies, Zevenbergen, The Netherlands. For non-european customers please also us our BIC/SWIFT-code : RABONL2U. Don't forget to show your ordernr in the payment to avaoid delays in delivery!

 

Cash on Delivery

We only offer this service within the Netherlands. You will pay directly to a PostNL employee on your doorstep.

For this payemnt option we have and upcharge of Euro8,-./p>

Shipping and Shipping costs

GuitarSupplies standard ships through PostNL, both domestic as international.

 

Shipping with in the Netherlands

For shipping with the Netherlands the system automatically picks the cheapest option. When size and weight are limited, the system will pick mailbox post. This will give a shippingcost of Euro 1,95. When the shipment is to large or too heavy, the system will pick parcelpost, which will cost Euro 5,-. Delivery will normally take place within 24hrs of shipping. When your parcel is shipped through parcelpost, you will receive a shipping notice with a track&trace code and link. The parcel will be offered to you at least two time. When you are not at home PostNL will leave a notice for you that the parcel can be picked up at the closesed postal office. It will be available ther for three weeks.

 

PostNL mailbox post within Europe priority

This is the cheapest option but can not be used at all times. The maximum dimensions are38 x 26,5 x 3,2cm and the max weight is 500gram. There is no track&trace option. The chance of loss is always there at for the risk of the buyer. We strongly advise to choose PostNL parcelpost. Mailboxpost service is charged at Euro 6,95

 

PostNL parcelpost within Europe

GuitarSupplies standard ships with PostNL EPS service within Europe. The advantage of this service is that it is always a priority shipment, you need to sign for receipt and the shipment is insured to a max of € 500,-. You can track your parcel through www.tracktrace.nl. Costs for this varies per country and will be clearly shown in the ordering process.

 

PostNL Cash on Delivery

This option is only available within the Netherlands. Maximum dimensions are 140x78x50cm and the maximum weight is 30kg. The maximum orderamnount is Euro 1000,- per shipment. This service has a track and trace option through www. tracktrace.nl. You will pay directy to an employee of PostNL on your doorstep. Deze service heeft een track en trace mogelijkheid via www.tracktrace.nl. Delivery will normally take place within 24hrs of shipping. When your parcel is shipped through parcelpost, you will receive a shipping notice with a track&trace code and link. The parcel will be offered to you at least two time. Other shipments

On request we can also ship with other cariers like UPS, DHL, FEDEX etc. The shipping rates will be substancially higher. We can also ship on your account with these cariers. Shipping rate vary per order, contact us by e-mail for this option.

You can also pickup your order from our warehouse in Zevenbergen. That is possible on friday evening from 17:30u to 20:00u. Only on appointment!

Payment by cash unless you have payed up front through one of our other payemnt methodes.

Remark: We have no PIN-device in our warehouse.

Complaints

In case you have a complaint about us or a products, please contact us at sales@guitarsupplies.nl.

 

Your complaint will be answered with 7 days, but we aim to answer you with 48 hours, all rights reserved. Please include the following in your e-mail:

 

-About what or why you are unsatisfied

-Your name and address details

-As much data as possible, but at least the order date, order number and product description.

-What your wishes are to solve the complaint.
